“I am really delighted to announce the appointment of Lina Weckner as Sourcing Manager. Lina brings a wide range of purchasing experience to Amici and I am excited about the opportunities this will bring for our clients” said Caroline Briggs, Managing Director.
Prior to joining Amici, Lina was a Strategic Purchasing Manager at Procter & Gamble in Switzerland, where she managed high spend purchasing for brands such as Pringles and Braun.
Her focus at Procter & Gamble was on delivering results for her customers through strong collaboration with suppliers. She has experience not only of strategic purchasing and strategy development but also of second and third level purchasing: working directly with suppliers to help reduce their costs.
Lina has a Masters degree in Business and Economics from Uppsala University, Sweden, including time spent at Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Moscow International Business School.
