Key Responsibilities: • Manage new customer pipeline to grow sales in line with the corporate targets. • Manage transition from sign up of customer to successful implementation, including co-ordination of training clients on My Amici software. • Oversee the management of current client accounts including: o Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction o Monthly Billing process o Reporting to KPI’s o Communications to clients o Annual contract renewals o Co-ordination of client visits. • Report on Sales and Marketing at monthly management meetings. • Management and optimisation of sales and implementation processes. • Management of external communication mediums such as Website, Sales Literature, Mail Shots
Experience required: • Will be a Life Science graduate with 6+ years experience working in a commercial role. • Will be a highly motivated self starter who is able to manage their own long and short term objectives. • Will be a strategic thinker • Will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Will want to work in a high energy small team. Make significant contributions and require minimal supervision. • Will want to develop themselves into the role and grow with the company.
