MyAmici Login

On 15th February 2022, the MyAmici login experience will be updated.

How will this affect me?

As of 15th February 2022, when you visit myamici.co.uk you will see a new login screen:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You will need to enter your email address into the Email field.

The first time you login you will need to enter a temporary password. This was emailed to you on 15th February.

Once you have entered your email address and the temporary password, click the Log In button. You will then be asked to change your password.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Enter your old password – this is the temporary password that was emailed to you on 15th February – and your new password. Your new password should be:

  • Between 8 and 64 characters in length
  • Contain at least 1 upper case and lower-case letter
  • Contain at least 1 number and symbol
  • Not match the last 3 passwords previously used

Why has the login process changed?

Customers asked us to support their requirement to use Single Sign-On (SSO) and/or enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to enhance their security. Although not all customers will choose to use SSO, we needed to migrate all users to a new authentication service to allow for SSO/2FA in future.

FAQs

I’ve lost my temporary password
If you didn’t receive the email with your temporary password or you have lost your temporary password, please click the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the login page. If you continue to have login issues, please email support@amiciprocurement.com confirming your email address and details of the error message received.

My account is locked
If you have entered your password incorrectly 5 times, your account will be locked for 10 minutes. Please wait 10 minutes and then try again.

I have more than one MyAmici user account
If you have more than one MyAmici user account using the same email address, you will see the following screen. Click on the user account you would like to login to. If you are already logged in and would like to switch user accounts, click on your name in the top right corner of MyAmici and navigate to My Settings and then Switch Account.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My old password isn’t being recognised
Please ensure that you are using the temporary password that was emailed to you from MyAmici on 15th February in the Old Password field. If you continue to have login issues, please email support@amiciprocurement.com confirming your email address and details of the error message received.
