Our Asset Module gives you full financial and operational control over your assets and equipment maintenance, with wraparound support from Amici.  We built the Asset Module because our clients wanted a better way to manage their equipment. Relying on spreadsheets isn’t ideal and doesn’t allow for the complexity of information required to ensure good lab management.

Our Asset Management Module offers the following;

  • Full Asset Register – A list of all assets in one place with a summary of each asset e.g. Unique Asset ID, serial number, make, model, purchase price, location, etc. You’ll have the ability to export an excel report of all or part of your assets at the touch of a button.
  • Full Service Contract Register – A list of all service contracts in one place with a detailed summary of each contract e.g. supplier, contract dates, price, supplier contact details, etc. You’ll have the ability to export an excel report with a full list of contracts and assets that these cover.
  • Linked assets and service contract logs – You will always know what assets are covered on a service contract and at the touch of a button.
  • Automatic service contract renewal prompts – Never miss a contract renewal again! We will notify you 60 days prior to renewal. Choose to ‘Renew via Amici’ and we will do all the work for you – even for assets not bought via Amici.
  • Maintenance and repair scheduler – Allows you to log maintenance/repairs in advance or retrospectively.
  • Automatic visit reminders – Allows you to easily stay on top of upcoming visits and keep the calendar data current.
  • Depreciation report – Automated depreciation report giving an overview of CapEx at the touch of a button.
  • Asset visit cost report – Allows you to work out how much an asset costs initially and how it is costing to repair/service over the years.
  • Service contract forecast reports – Provides visibility of your service contracts payment schedule to allow you to split the costs over the year.
  • Tailored user views – Decide which level of information access different users can have, and what they can modify.
