We focus on understanding our clients’ needs within their business so we can do all we can to deliver solutions that buy time, save money and give control, unleashing the clients capacity to focus on their core scientific work.


SOURCING TEAM

Our Sourcing Team comprises scientific and purchasing experts who will negotiate anything and everything for you! We lead the way, from supplier strategy and management to sourcing and price negotiation. Our cloud-based e-Ordering Platform hosts millions of products that we’ve negotiated on your behalf. Behind the scenes we manage the processes to ensure the best suppliers are listed with the right products at the very best prices. We’re constantly driving new sourcing projects that will deliver value for our clients – it’s our passion!


QUALITY TEAM

To ensure customer requirements are consistently met and exceeded, it is our job to ensure that we implement, streamline and continuously improve business processes via our ISO 9001-aligned Quality Management System. We thoroughly test all software prior to release, focusing on the customer experience as well as regulatory requirements.  We eat, sleep and breathe Quality!


CAPEX TEAM

We are a team of biotech experts who manage all CapEx and service requirements. We negotiate service contracts and capital equipment from small one-off purchases to tender submissions for large laboratory expansions and relocations. We source the best options for our clients and offer a full end-to-end solution.


IT AND DATA TEAM

We believe that a fantastic user experience is a function of smart IT and top quality data and we ensure we consistently deliver both. IT and data don’t stand still and neither do we! As the architects of the My Amici cloud-based platform, we are continually looking for ways to enhance the user experience. Whether we are creating new solutions to meet clients’ evolving needs, or enhancing data and current modules, ‘better, faster, smarter’ is our mantra!
