The Role

  • Working with the Sourcing Team you will help define the next generation of our software to improve the customer’s experience. You’ll suggest ideas to capitalise the power of the data and define a great user experience.
  • You’ll train, guide and support the team with data analysis to help them with their negotiations and see trends. You’ll be the expert on our custom Impact Analyser tool as well as supporting Excel based analysis.
  • You will be the guardian of high-quality data input. You’ll work closely with our supplier’s data analysts to optimise uploads of significant quantities of data. Your attention to detail and accuracy will be absolutely critical.
  • You’ll use SQL and Excel to create reports to evaluate the success of projects and goals as well as helping define future strategies.

Experience and Skills

This unique role is a fantastic opportunity for the right ambitious person looking to grow their career. You’ll have a minimum of 3 years experience in an analytical role. Your drive combined with our support will ensure any experience you don’t have will soon become a strength.

  • You have a high degree of curiosity, which leads you to probe deeper to discover the underlying facts and the ‘why’!
  • You enjoy drawing conclusions from the data and are able to communicate your findings effectively to others.
  • You are process driven, always driving a lean, robust and methodical approach.
  • You’ll be able to understand the business requirements and suggest the most appropriate solutions to measuring success, KPIs and progress.
  • Strong grounding in Microsoft Excel preferably with SQL knowledge.
  • You will be equally happy to lead or support any project.
