UI/UX Designer

Your understanding of the user experience, cutting-edge design and creative suggestions will be pivotal to our future! Working with the business, our customers and the development team, you’ll gain an in-depth understanding of processes, needs and priorities. You will then deliver creative, innovative and intuitive designs to ensure the final product delights users as well as presents a remarkable, refined and efficient solution!

We are the market leader of purchasing and materials management software for biotech companies. Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership of the UX process and champion it through the company and with key customer users.
  • Requirements capture from internal and external sources, translating them into user stories.
  • Producing pixel-perfect mock-ups and presenting them to stakeholders.
  • Creating functional wireframes and supporting documentation.
  • Ownership of the product user interface design.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience of designing complex business specific cloud-based SaaS products using the principles of UX design.
  • Deep understanding of the Agile development process.
  • Strong visual design, skilled in producing high fidelity screen layouts and functional wireframes.
  • Some HTML and CSS experience would be advantageous.
  • Flexible approach to roles and responsibilities.
  • Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to all levels form CEO to users.
  • Honours Degree in Visual/ Interaction Design, HCI, Software, or Product Design.
